The Department of Materials Engineering at the University of Technology has started the school year 2021-2022 for students of primary studies, where lectures and laboratories were given to students while taking all precautionary measures against the Corona virus.

The Department of Materials Engineering at the University of Technology held seminars (seminar) for postgraduate students both  master’s and doctoral students on Wednesday and Thursday, 10/14/13-2021 for the master’s, and on Tuesday, 10/19/2021 for the doctorate, from nine in the morning until one in the afternoon In the postgraduate hall in  building B to discuss their research and in the presence of the professors supervising their research, 14 minutes were allocated for each student (10 minutes for presentation, 5 minutes for discussion). 23 male and female postgraduate master students and 19 doctoral students participated.

Mr. Farhad Muhammad Othman, from the Department of Materials Engineering / University of Technology, received a scientific promotion from the rank of assistant professor to professor, due to his fulfilling all the requirements for scientific promotion, while enjoying all the rights and privileges conferred on him by this rank, according to the university order No. GS/405 dated 10/2021. /4.

Ms. Iman Eshoo Gurial from the Department of Materials Engineering / University of Technology obtained a scientific promotion from the rank of assistant professor to professor, due to her fulfilling all the requirements of scientific promotion while enjoying all the rights and privileges that this rank grants him, according to the university order No. GS/415 dated 10/2021 /4.
