The Department of Materials Engineering at the University of Technology awarded a doctorate degree to the student Saja Aqil Musa, Department of Materials Engineering/ University of Technology, for her thesis titled:
"Preparation and characterization of drug delivery biomaterials system"
 the Disscussion took place in the Graduate Studies Hall in Building C in the department on Tuesday 19/4/1921 at nine in the morning, and the discussion committee consisted of following ladies and Gentlemen:

1. Prof. Dr. Saad Badri Hasson Farid , as Chairman
2. Asst .Prof.Dr.. Ali Hussein Alwanas as a  Member
3.Prof.Dr. Kazem Matar Shabib, as a Member
4. Prof.Dr. Auoda  Jabbar Brihi is back as a member
5. Asst.Prof.Dr. Nevin Gamal Abdel Qader is a member
6. Prof.Dr. Akram Rahim Jabr is an honorable member
7. Prof. Dr. Emad Saadi Abdel Karim is an honorable member
8. Assst.prof .Dr. Ahmed Majid Al-Shamry is an honorable member

As well as evaluating the message scientifically by  Prof.Dr. Kazem Kamel Rasan/Al-Mustansiriya University/College of Engineering/Department of Materials Engineering, and Asst. Masaar Najm Obaid / University of Babylon / College of Materials Engineering, and linguistically by Asst Prof. Zainab Naef Rashid/ University of Technology/ Department of Applied Sciences.
After the Members  of discussion committee recorded Their  observations on the thesis, which were divided between explanation and correction and the student’s defense of her thesis and the discussion ended, the committee decided to evaluate the thesis, and decided to grant the student a doctorate degree with a Pass grade.
